Dr. Kola Ilesanmi has a Ph.D. in management with a specialization in finance from Walden University, USA. He also holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria, and a Master of Business Administration from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a fellow member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

Dr. Ilesanmi has a combined working experience of over twenty-eight years in the financial services, not-for-profit, oil & gas, and consulting industries. His past roles include consultant, manager, controller, General Manager, Vice President, and CFO.

Dr. Ilesanmi is currently the Managing Partner of Topelar Consulting Inc. Canada and a faculty at Capilano University, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate programs.
